New Understanding is a signature learning collaborative program between Arts for All Kentucky and the Art to Dream Art Education students at Western Kentucky University. The pre-service art teachers are partnered with area P-12 students, and sometimes adults, with various disabilities; the teachers provide a series of art instructions and together the student and teacher create wonderful pieces of art.
